Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is primarily involved in overseeing human resources responsibilities and activities in a diverse industry setting. The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks including recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, training and development.Responsibilities: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, talent acquisition, and staffing. Overseeing employee relations, including performance management and interpersonal skills. Ensuring regulatory compliance in all HR activities. Developing and implementing training programs for workforce development. Administering human resources functions, such as payroll and benefits. Supporting employees in using workplace technology and systems. Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Analyzing data to inform HR strategies and procedures. Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing applications. Utilizing strong computer and data entry skills to maintain and update HR recordRequirements Excellent communication and written skills are necessary for effective interpersonal relationships and clear articulation of HR policies. Proficiency in data entry and data analysis for accurate record keeping and informed decision-making. Experience in training and talent development to ensure staff members are well-equipped to perform their roles. Familiarity with payroll processes, benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks. Proficiency in HR software such as 'About Time' and other computer skills for efficient work processes. Experience providing workstation support and addressing staff needs. Knowledge of onboarding processes and talent acquisition, including sourcing and staffing. Ability to manage compliance functions and ensure regulatory compliance within the organization. Demonstrated skills in performance management and employee relations to maintain a high-performing, harmonious work environment. Ability to create and implement training development programs. Experience in handling HR specifications and providing clear explanations when required. Skilled in managing benefit functions within an organization.
