DescriptionBecome part of an inclusive organization with over 40,000 diverse employees, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the unique communities we serve.Summary:The HR ServiceNow Analyst is responsible for supporting HR ServiceNow, HR?s portal and Case Management solution. This position will be a key player, focused on enhancing the efficiency and digital experience of all UNC Health teammates. You will be focused on the enhancements of myHR portal and will collaborate with business and technology partners to solve issues, deliver enhancements, and provide ongoing support. This person should be a strong communicator and have excellent people and customer service skills balanced with technical skills. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and resolution of ServiceNow defects
  • Supports enhancements through requirements, documentation, communication, implementation and post implementation support
  • Research and advise on existing and upcoming ServiceNow HR capabilities
  • Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles, work across cross-functional teams with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and curate content to support teammates across the UNC Health system
  • Leverage expertise and of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Building trust and demonstrating solid working relationships with key business partners
  • Seeking opportunities to proactively provide valuable insight and looking for continuous improvement from our business partners
  • Build and manage ServiceNow reports to monitor health and efficiency of HR processes
  • Train and enable teammates on the various features and navigation across ServiceNow

  • Requires five years of progressive business/system analysis as well as maintaining or implementing case management systems.
