Serves as a key representative of the community and makes an active contribution towards community relations, public regard and overall awareness of the community Supports the Executive Director in administration tasks including but not limited to: All aspects of Human Resources, including auditing payroll, managing worker’s compensation claims for the community’s staff and supporting all managers Coordinates and assures compliance with all SRG policies and procedures Provides support as a department head through the on-call schedule and the community office coordination for smooth operations Provides support in all aspects of Human Resources for InTouch at Home Assists Executive Director with all management reports
