Hvac Project Supervisor

This is a management position for residential & light commercial HVAC installs. Repsonsibilities include: Overseeing residential & light commercial installs, project management from beginning to end, providing materials list for upcoming projects and ensuring materials are staged for upcoming project, quality control & job site management, ensuring jobs are installed to NC state mechanical codes, ensuring jobs are ready for and pass all NC inspections, and meeting with inspectors. Must have a minimum of 5 years residential HVAC experience, knowledge of NC mechanical codes, must be professional, must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
