I need help with garment project

Looking for a tailor/seamstress to help me restore vintage military uniform and clothing items from my 30-year WW2 collection, restoring the items back to their original condition. This will primarily be sewing patches and insignia onto shirts and uniform jackets, as well as a few outer garments like leather jackets.
