Job Description

Open to any East Coast US location working remotely from home.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developingtraining for internal employees; ensure that the training addresses all levels of customer needs for a variety of modalities (ex. classroom, e-learning). You will interface with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Follow instructional design methodologies (ex. ADDIE/SAM) and utilize adult learning theories to design, develop and evaluate training and assessments; assess skill gaps and propose training solutions for internal teams
  • Assist in the development of training curriculum to support the sales organization
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stake holders to design and create storyboards for the development of e-Learning modules
  • Design interactive learning materials,including:e-Learning modules, videos, software simulations, games, just in time training, quizzes, etc.
  • Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360; quality test to ensure functionality and accuracy, work with SMEs on efficient review and feedback
  • Provide quality analysis and proofreading/editing on completed deliverables
  • Research andidentifyphoto and image assets to be utilized in training projects
  • Assist in coordination and execution of live training events, including recording webinars via MS Teams and posting on the LMS
  • Recommend learning reinforcement plans to maximize learner retention, application, and ROI.
  • Pull and track learning metrics to analyze trends and make recommendations.

Qualifications

  • BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is required; degree or coursework in Instructional Design is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience as an instructional designer/e-learning developer
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel is required. Utilization of MS Teamsand similar platforms will be required.
  • Experience working with graphics and videos is a plus
  • Experience designing e-Learning modules for corporate training is required; experience designing corporate training courses within the technology and/or digital industries is a plus
