Instrument Operator for a Land Surveying Company

Surveying Instrument Operator position available. Surveying department working almost exclusively on construction jobs – needs a hard-working teammate.

Experience is not necessary but preferred. Will be working with a crew chief and job tasks include the following: operate a total station with data collector, set and markup stakes, carry equipment and stake bag, assist crew chief, organize, and maintain equipment.

We utilize GPS, drones, robotics, and conventional methods for layout. Compensation depends on experience, is full-time with some opportunity for overtime, and is strictly local. PTO benefits.

Applicant must be in good physical health, enjoy working outdoors – including the woods, and interested in learning. The applicant also needs a valid driver’s license.

This is a fun work enviroment with a lot of room to grow both in skill and compensation.
