ClearBenefits Group LLC is a Health Insurance and Medicare Brokerage company based out of 4307 Western Park Pl Ste 202, Durham, North Carolina, United States. Office expands in August to a larger office space in Durham.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Marketing Assistant / Office Administrator at ClearBenefits Group LLC located in Durham, NC. The Marketing Assistant / Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting marketing and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing marketing materials, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone and computer skills are required. Business casual dress required.

Qualifications

BACKGROUND IN HEALTH INSURANCE / MEDICARE OR MEDICAL INSURANCE BILLING HIGHLY PREFERRED. A LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE IS PREFERRED AND ULTIMATELY WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER TRAINING PERIOD

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus

Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

$15 / hour starting salary / Work schedule TBD - average 20 hrs per week to start
