Integrations Analyst Exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level. We are looking for another Integrations Analyst to join our rapidly growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and coordinate the integration of data/EDI with partners and clients
  • 70% of your time will be spent on functional duties (analysis, gathering requirements, meetings with customers and partners, project coordination/project management) and 30% will be technical (SQL queries and integration of APIs and EDI/FTP)
  • SME for integrations with key customers/vendors and external platforms with a focus on the implementation and ongoing support of three key areas: EDI/FTP integrations, Web services/API integrations, Automation of current manual inbound data submissions
  • Gather and document integration requirements from internal associates, partners, and clients
  • Coordinate & manage 3 to 5 projects at a time
  • Analysis/Design – craft a sustainable and well-thought-out solution to create efficient, accurate, and sustainable integrations; create scoping documents and secure buy-in to your solution from the stakeholder(s) and our development partner(s)
  • Project Management/Test Facilitation – project manage the development, SIT/UAT, and go-live processes of the internal/external parties involved
  • Post-implementation Support – serve as the functional owner for your assigned integrations with primary responsibility for monitoring their health, stability, and data quality and resolving any issues

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Junior to mid-level, including recent grads
  • Basic SQL experience
  • Business Analysis or Project Management experience
  • Experience or ability to gather and document requirements
  • Aptitude and interest to become the functional owner and SME for EDI and web service integrations
  • Ability to work and consult with external clients and business partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
