The RTP IT team is looking for an experienced IT service delivery analyst to join our growing team. On the team you will play a meaningful role in leading the implementation of the IT support objectives as well as the collaboration with global IDS teams to enable standards, processes, and governance of IT manufacturing hardware and applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will partner with RTP site functional and IT leadership to lead a team of IT analysts that maintain and support critical laboratory and operational applications that ensure a reliable supply of medicine for our patients. This role demonstrates an understanding of site priorities to ensure accurate and on-time communication to coordinate equipment and application patching and service outages.

How You'll Succeed:
  • Develop and implement an IT support framework that supports the strategic objectives of the site.
  • Investigate root cause of IT system issues, coordinate the technical evaluation with IT experts, and drive resolutions.
  • Lead communication and scheduling for patches and changes to systems, including coordination of outages in operations.
  • Use Service now for required documentation of system configurations.
  • Deploy manufacturing IT hardware assets to support equipment start up.
What You Should Bring:
  • Experience working in a regulated industry and understanding of support processes in IT as they apply to manufacturing and warehousing.
  • Proficiency with ITIL concepts and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form across management levels and business functions in a diverse setting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
