IT Contract Manager

Title: IT Contract Manager Location: Charlotte, NC (28277) / Temporarily remote due to covid 19, but a return to office is expectedEmployment Type: 12+ Month w2 Contract (no c2c or sponsorship available)Job Description:Edgelink is looking for an IT Contract Manager to join an enterprise organization located in Portland, OR. Successful candidates will have experience with full lifecycle management of hardware, software, and IT services. In this opportunity you will be charged with ensuring contractual compliance across IT products and services for a large corporate environment. On a daily basis, you will be conducting market research, participating in contract negotiations, as well as ensuring IT vendors are in compliance with Service Level Agreements, Operational Agreements, and general obligations. From an experience perspective we are targeting candidates with most of the following:

• 7-10 years working experience with IT product and services procurement, sourcing, and IT contract administration
• 3-5 years of experience negotiating IT product and services agreements
• Experience with negotiation and management of Cloud (IAAS, SAAS) agreements
• Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) operations or service management processes
• Experience with MS Office Suite of products including MS Project
• ITIL certification is a plus
