- At least 1-3 years of IT Support experience including IT Help Desk support, Network support, Server support
- Hands on O365 Experience, including setting up passwords, adding new users, and various license requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing, monitoring and maintenance of hardware/software
- Must have experience using help desk ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service/support experience
- Attention to detail and a high level of documentation
