Janitorial/ Custodian Position

Cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and cleaning various surfaces and fixtures, including restrooms, offices, and common areas.

Trash Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials.

Floor Care: Maintaining floors through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing.

Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking restrooms with supplies like paper towels and soap.

Reporting and Maintenance: Reporting needed repairs and maintenance issues, and potentially performing minor repairs.

Security: Assuring building security during assigned times and reporting suspicious activity.

Other Duties: assist with tasks like snow removal, grounds keeping, carpet cleaning when needed , quarterly changing of air and water filters
