About the job

Mandatory Skills:
  • Need L2 and L3 support
  • Need Subject Matter Expert Who Troubleshoot problem, who think about problem and try to solve the problem?
  • Need someone who does Root Cause Analysis
  • Work on the incident management and has to resolve issue through mission control
  • Primary Skills: Java, Splunk, AppDynamics,
  • Shell Scripting knowledge as to look into Splunk log file for troubleshooting
  • Basics on Windows / Unix OS
  • Experience in Java application support and good to have middleware application knowledge
