Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the EBC, serving as point of contact for internal support services, including security, facilities, A/V, IT, &catering.
Maintain relationships with vendors, including restaurants, transportation services, and tour companies.
Act as concierge to internal customers, such as sales teams and visiting customers.
Track, manage and coordinate catering support for all briefings and events.
Maintain inventory of supplies and branded merchandise and track related budgets.
Produce daily collateral for all briefings (e.g., agendas, name tags, evaluations, welcome screen graphics)
Develop customized briefing agendas, recommend, and schedule speakers, and ensure that all participants understand account status and meeting objectives and manage briefing logistics.
Manage events and internal meetings in the EBC.
Manage the overall RTP EBC editorial calendar, while also curating, generating, publishing, and sharing content daily to enable Sales to drive attendance toDVC/EBC briefing center(s).Updateinternal SharePoint sites.
Act as the RTP EBC focal to Collaborate across RTP teams & business units to ensure brand & solution consistency, and track success across RTP Site ecosystem.
Acquire industry/product knowledge equivalent to Sales 101
Create campaign codes for site briefings across different regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA), encompassing various formats like in-person, virtual, hybrid, and mobile briefings. At the end of each month,perform a manual list load request, ensuring that customer information, including name, email, company, title, date, country, state, campaign id, campaign code, EBC center, and briefing program manager, is successfully integrated into Spark (Salesforce).
Provide on-the-road support for the EBC at various locations, including NetApp offices, hotels/conference centers, and on-site 1:1 mobile briefings with customers and partners. Provide agenda creation, evaluation formatting, and printing materials to facilitate smooth interactions BPM has all necessary documents.
Requirements:
3+ years functional sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience
Working knowledge of the Executive Briefing process
Superb organizational and time management skills - a self-starter
Ability to manage through ambiguity and change
Comfortable and effective speaking with executive-level audiences
Strong writing skills and high attention to detail in all work
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated experience in project management
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skill
Executes on behalf of the business with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
