Job title: Sr. RPA Developer Location: St. Louis, MO or Charlotte,NC Duration: Long term Primary Skills: Must have Pega Robotics Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using Pega robotics/UiPath Experience required A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology Must have 4 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools) Must have 2+ year of hands on development experience in Pega RPA with Pega BPM and Robot Manager Integration Must have 2+ year of developing Unattended & Attended automation solutions in Pega RPA Must have good PL/SQL skills in RDBMS DB like Oracle or MYSQL. Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams Must have hands on experience in version control tools like SVN, Git etc Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space Roles & Responsibilities: Set up the Pega Robotics development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc) Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Support UAT and rollout phases. Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Tech Lead/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing. Support go-live roll out Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Development of business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access Conducting component testing on the solution Ability to triage issues in Prod efficiently to enable faster resolution of warranty defects Collaborate with other team members effectively and maintain an amicable team culture
