Job Title: Engineer Product I Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC Duration: 12 months Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension Shift Details: 1st Shift Pay Range: $39.14/hr Job Description: Performs basic product design, testing, and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews, Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation. Duties: Applies existing applications to routine problems. Produces and/or evaluates possible design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications. This may include the possible involvement of other functional engineers, supply management, and/or supplier personnel. Your Responsibilities Execute test plans for product verification and validation. Liaise with test requesters to define and agree with the test format and timing Prepare tests or test stands in readiness for new tests. Run activity tests in an efficient manner Collect test data, review data, and report results in the Vision system Supports other test engineers with technical expertise and advice Required skills/experiences 1 or more years of experience in product development processes. 1 or more years of experience in instrumentation methods 1 or more years of experience in test data analysis and databases 1 or more years of experience using software tools related to testing automation and data analysis 2 or more years of experience learning new skills in varied environments 2 or more years of skill in using computer-aided design and/or engineering tools. - has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. 1 or more years of understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the company product - has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. 1 or more years of fundamental knowledge of off-road vehicles. 2 or more years of excellent communication skills written and oral.
