Junior Recruiter

Fast paced industrial company is seeking a full-time Junior Recruiter located in Raleigh, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, source, and attract potential candidates,

Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and fully complete the onboarding process for new hire.

Assist recruiting Manager with job fairs, as well as establishing relationships with Trade schools in the area.

Create and research new ways of finding new applicants while building a new pipeline of potential candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with ATS System, as well as knowledge of office management and procedures

2+ years of recruiting for fast paced positions.

Strong organizational skills accompanied by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High School or Equiv.
