Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with both government regulations and Syngenta's global HSE requirements. You'll work closely with department leads, fostering a culture of safety across all laboratory operations. Collaboration will be key as you engage with other HSE coordinators both locally and internationally, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement in our safety standards.

As the registered point of contact for Dutch chemical regulations, you'll navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient. Supporting Subject Matter Experts across various departments will be a key part of your role. You'll provide guidance on laboratory safety matters, helping to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of our research activities. Maintaining and improving our quality management systems will fall under your purview. You'll coordinate internal and external audits, using the insights gained to drive continuous improvement in our HSE practices.
