Our fast-growing landscape installation company is hiring Laborers and Supervisors to join our dedicated crew. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.

Positions Available:

Landscape Laborers – Entry-level to experienced

Landscape Supervisors – Must have leadership experience in landscape installation

Responsibilities:

Laborers:

Assist with planting, mulching, grading, and hardscape installation

Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment

Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

Supervisors:

Lead and manage crews on job sites

Coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards

Communicate with clients and project managers

Train and mentor laborers

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Supervisors: 2+ years of experience in landscape installation and crew management

Location:

Based in Fuquay Varina, NC– Projects throughout the region

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)

Compensation:
