Position Title -:
Labware LIMS Product Manager, Raw MaterialsLocation : Onsite Client Location – Durham, NC- Successful candidate should have specific experience with LabWare LIMS (version 7 or higher). They will have a firm and detailed technical grasp of the application, it’s capabilities, and industry standard implementations. They will have a thorough understanding of key modules including, but not limited to, Lot Manager, SRIM and Reporting. Furthermore, they should have experience with key configuration concepts for Product, Item Code, Sample Plan and analysis tables.
- The candidate should have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical / biotech laboratory business process – especially with respect to raw materials (incoming materials) and packaging components. Concepts such as compendial testing, skip lot, sampling, goods receipt, and retain management are a must-have.
- The candidate should have specific knowledge of Business Analysis in order to direct BA’s, developers, and vendor consultants. They must have a good understanding of user and functional requirements related to Raw Materials business processes configured in LabWare LIMS.
- The candidate ideally will have experience with previous implementations of Raw Material processes in LabWare LIMS and be able to provide direction on industry standard/best practices.
- Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, sites, countries, and cultures to set a clear and cohesive strategy and be able to work seamlessly regardless.
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile Product Management including key concepts required to maintain strict control of scope and schedule. Familiar with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Drive and write clear, concise and intuitive user stories that focus on the user outcomes you want to drive
- Play the role of the ‘Product Owner’ as required during development sprints, making decisions in a timely manner.
- Work as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers and co-ordinating with other product teams and key stakeholders.
- Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users’ lives easier
- Lead and coach Product Developers to become effective team members that ship valuable work.
- Be able to lead a team off on-shore and off-shore resources including scrum master, developers, testers, and technical consultants.
- Understand and support the roles and responsibilities of all team members, and hold people accountable.
