Landscape Enhancement Crew Member

You will be working with a crew of 3-5 on detailed outdoor living, landscape/sod, grading, and drainage projects. Your role will be responsible for the successful installation of hardscape/landscape/grading projects, and supporting your fellow crew mates and team supervisor.

Overtime pay

Starting pay between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in outdoor living, hardscapes, and landscapes

- Experience in mulching, planting, trimming, sod, grading, and drainage

- Experience prepping and installing pavers and retaining walls

- Preferred to have proficiency operating and grading with heavy equipment (trenchers, track loaders, and excavators)

- Love working outdoors in hot summers and cold winters

- MUST be on time every day

- MUST be attentive to detail

- MUST have valid NC drivers license

- MUST have reliable transportation
