Lawn Care Person (not seeking a crew)

We are looking for a long-term person (not a crew) to mow and weed whack our large organic farm. The job is March through September, approximately 10 hours a week, with fluctuations depending on how much rain there is. Pay starts at $20/hour. Knowing plants is a plus. We provide all the equipment but ask that you help/know how to maintain it. Looking for someone who would want to do it for at least two seasons if not more. You would need to fill out a 1099 as this is contract labor. Thank you.
