Approved Physical Locations: Hybrid - 3 in-office/ 2 days remote. - Charlotte, NC - Fort Mill, SC - Des Moines, IA - Sioux falls, SD PROJECT SCOPE: - Resource will be supporting Controls and Governance team within CEDA to support policy adherence - Primary Function of this resource will be to act as the primary internal communications liaison to ensure internal transparency about data concerns so they can determine escalation and resolution paths

- Will be leading monthly data council meetings with 80-100 people to show observations around data to broader audience

- Work independently to gather info from customer complaint partners - Updating PowerPoint Decks, crafting presentations, and fielding questions

TOP SKILLS - MS PowerPoint - updating slides, creating bullets, may determine if they need visual elements - Communications skills - taking notes, gathering information, creating communications for presentation, public speaking, and polished - Control and compliance experience - able to define control and risk - required - Executive presence (will represent the business to leadership and the broader audience) - Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau reporting - Must have high attention to detail PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - Large corporate experience - regulated industries help Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. Pay Range: $55 - $70 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
