About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Execution and Readiness Planning and Execution team within Business Enablement. The individual contributor will be responsible to assess business needs, develop and execute business readiness plans to facilitate successful employee adoption of change across Commercial Banking. This role is a key point of consulting and coordination within the team assessing the business deliverable and obtaining input from multiple stakeholders to assist with developing and executing a success plan. This role will work with peers and leadership across CB to assess and implement readiness plans. Success in this role is defined by successful employee adoption of change .In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to assess current state, strategize, plan, and execute a variety of Business Readiness programs working closely with internal partners within Business Readiness, Business Enablement and across Commercial Banking

Develop, manage and execute detailed business readiness plans to meet the business objective

Be involved in developing internal communication and executing change awareness training to drive successful employee adoption of change

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution and Readiness team and leaders to drive deliverables

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to perform business readiness assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to large scale strategic initiatives through developing readiness plans driving effective execution through communications, training, procedures and other strategies to support adoption

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management.

Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving.

Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Drive successful execution of business initiatives; ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results.

Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization.

Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

Experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment.

5+ years in financial services industry experience with a strong preference for experience in Commercial Banking

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
