Job Title: Lead Compliance Officer

Location: CHARLOTTE, NC

Job Type: Contract on W2 Need to have these experiences in enterprise-level environments.

In-depth experience in structuring, delivery and execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities.
Extensive project and change management expertise within a risk organization.
Skill in design and operation of controls, quality control and assurance, and monitoring activities within.
Comprehension and experience with independent risk review and challenge of front-line RCSA activities.
Experience with application of Major Compliance Requirements and various taxonomy structures within risk assessment activities.
Ability to identify, understand, evaluate and utilize data sources underpinning risk assessments.
Detailed experience in the generation and delivery of Compliance procedures, training, playbooks and communication.
Skill in issue identification, root cause evaluation and facilitation of resolution.
Proven experience in establishing leadership credibility through executive level status reporting design and delivery.
Independent with the ability to traverse various domains and organizational levels.
