Established builder seeking an experienced Lead Framer to run multiple crews on commercial and residential projects. Must be able to read plans, manage crews, keep jobs on schedule, and maintain high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements:

5+ years framing experience

Proven leadership running multiple crews

Commercial & residential experience

Strong plan-reading and layout skills

Reliable transportation & tools

References required
