• As a founding member of the team, you'll have critical input on the team makeup, structure, and culture
• You will set the technical vision and direction of the team as we define the future architecture and coding implementation for pricing delivery
• You will have the opportunity to help evaluate new frameworks and architecture patterns through proof of concepts to accelerate the team moving forward
• You will grow the technical skill set of the team by inspiring and driving your team members to improve every day
• You will help upskill the department towards adopting cloud technologies by facilitating and participating in tech talks and knowledge sharing sessions
• As a technical leader on an agile team, you will help front run features and guide the team to break down problems into capabilities, epics, and user stories to refine the backlog and plan the work going into each sprint
• By sharing your innovative ideas, strong interpersonal skills, and challenging the status quo you will be a strong and trusted partner for our business stakeholders, working closely with them to understand the problems they face and translate them into technical solutions.

• 8+ years of work experience as Full Stack Developer with the technologies listed below:
