This role is responsible for managing the sales related metrics, reporting data readiness and accuracy including sales process and policy compliance metrics. Other responsibilities include managing process / policy documentation and changes.Responsibilities

Own GDM compliance reports, identify deviations, initiate, and own corrective actions.

Develop requirements for sales related EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) data models and ensure data readiness for all sales related metrics

Monitor sales dashboards, identify data quality gaps and initiate corrective actions (data, tools and/or processes)

Monitor EDW data models sourced from CRM systems, identify data discrepancies, initiate, and own corrective actions.

Measure success metrics for process/tools improvements.

Perform ad-hoc data analysis, produce reports/dashboards

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Data Science, Engineering, or Finance

5 or more years of experience of managing business KPIs, producing reports and dashboards

Good understanding of data structures and data modeling/analytics

WE VALUE

3 or more years in a Sales Support function

Experience with data preparation and visualization tools – e.g., Salesforce CRM Data Manager and CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau

Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional environment and leverage cross-functional resources.
