H-1b visa candidates are welcome!Position: Lead Solution Architect - SAP / Retail / Fashion Applications Location: Greensboro, NC Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid RelocationJob Description:You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team and responsible for designing, and helping to implement complex SAP S/4 Retail & Fashion Solutions. Responsible for the creation and on-going refresh of master plans (capability maps, architecture blueprints and the roadmap) to achieve the desired future landscape and business goals.You will be responsible to act as a Supply Chain thought leader and guide and mentor various teams within matrix organization to ensure the solution that is deployed is aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines.Responsibilities:Act as a Fashion thought leader and help to Architect, and guide implementing complex SAP Fashion and retail solutions as per Industry best practices.Responsible for leading efforts in creating capabilities based architecture and Enterprise Reference Architecture including creating current state, transition State and To-be state Architecture within the Retail Fashion domain.Develop thorough knowledge of Retail and Fashion industry best practices, business process, familiarity with retail planning and supply chain solutions, technical architecture and value proposition.Provide deep expertise and technical understanding of the applications within the Order to Cash Domain including ability to articulate full platform capabilities of S/4 Fashion and CAR and how it may support business needs.Guide and mentor various solution engineers and technical teams to ensure the solution that is being built is aligned to overall architecture guidelines and standards.Be part of the Architectural review board to ensure domain specific solutions and artifacts are aligned with the Hanes methodology and standards.Qualifications:7+ years in designing and executing complex enterprise IT transformation projects within Retail and Fashion industry.A Bachelors degree is preferred.Exceptional knowledge and expertise within SAP Retail Order to Cash domain including experience with SAP S/4 Fashion and CAR system including integrating with Digital platforms and POS systems.Expertise in designing and architecting solutions using SAP S/4 Fashion/AFS/IS Retail for merchandising, master data, finance, controlling, merchandise assortment planning, forecasting, allocations, replenishment, pricing, and promotions.Able to be collaborate with cross functional and technical teams. Act as a trusted advisor with excellent stakeholder engagement. Excel in articulating complex subject process designs creating various architectural artifacts by partnering with professionals across the enterprise to deliver on the outcomes.Be very knowledgeable about various design patterns in enterprise architecture including usage of EA tools and showcasing best practices in integrating different applications and components.25% Travel maybe involved.
