Job Description:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Lead Tech Business Systems Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving system designs developed by other solutions consultants and developers
  • Designing, building, deploying and maintaining system and data solutions
  • Providing insights and support for reporting analytics teams to investigate problems and drive business strategy decisions
  • Serve as divisional escalation point for demand and work intake process, tool and delivery risks and issues
  • Refresh the quarterly IT business investment report
  • Represent divisional demand in triage
  • Work with BRM leadership to proactively identify opportunities to adjust service levels to meet the needs of the business
  • Identify and communicate gaps in services offered and engage with appropriate parties to explore and define new service offering to meet the needs of the business
  • Participate in capacity planning and facilitate high level re-prioritization when demand exceeds available capacity
  • Contribute to divisional discussions and analysis on the quality of services received

Requirements:

  • Strong WebSphere Application and Portal server development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus five (5) years' proven and progressive technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Specific knowledge of Purchasing, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt (with reference to PO)
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in facilitating Process Improvement using LEAN methodologies
  • Knowledge of the activities, tasks, deliverables and techniques for documenting current business processes
