About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):12The Team: The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.Responsibilities and Impact: The Lead, Technical Product Management will have an opportunity to join a high performing team responsible for building next-generation enterprise software across the Enterprise Solutions portfolio. This role is part of the Foundational Services product team and is responsible for partnering with our technology teams to designing and delivering a set of new foundational services that are critical in powering our solutions with high visibility to our leadership team.
Work with customers, field organizations and other PMs across our vertical businesses to capture product requirements and feedback.
Lead collaboration with engineering teams to ensure product development aligns with business and technical requirements.
Define new product feature qualification criteria and help prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
Create use cases, requirements, and write well-defined user stories for product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product management, design, and QA) to ensure seamless integration of technical features.
Work in an agile environment with agile tools and platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

You will build expertise on S&P Global’s Enterprise Solutions technology stack and the nuances of investment workflows across the financial markets (public and private markets) and other areas such as Energy and Sustainability.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $91,318 to $160,454. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive planThis role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Software product management professional with 5+ years in technical product management or related role alongside engineering teams.
Experience defining and delivering product capabilities geared towards supporting a SaaS product.
Exceptional communicator and negotiator, with strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
Proven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions.
Contribution to an environment that is geared to innovation, high productivity, and high quality.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
Experience with multi cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, Google)
Financial services industry expertise
