- Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.
- Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise.
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
- 5 plus years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience.
- Drive agile transformation outcomes related to reporting, analytics, and tools usage/config.
- Provide leadership and support of tools (Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, and internally built) across 300 agile teams.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring an in-depth understanding of Jira.
- High competency (3-5 years of experience) with the Atlassian Product Suite (Jira, Confluence) at scale. Align experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Tableau or equivalent analytics platform(s)
