About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join Technology and be part of our Chief Technology Office's (CTO) IT Service Operations group. You will aid and support in the execution of all activities for achieving objectives that remediate risks and improve technology related crisis response capabilities. This is achieved through various methods of delivery such as data quality, monitoring, dash boarding, self-identified issues, strategic solutions or integration within existing projects, program, or product deliverables.In this role, you will:

Lead complex Business Continuity Plan (BCP) initiatives for business and technology plans

Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives related to BCP

Evaluate highly complex BCP business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests related to BCP to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions when conducting, overseeing, documenting and/or recording all the BCP exercises and maintenance items required for the team in a timely manner as required by the Enterprise Guidebook

Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

Review submitted documentation and artifacts supporting recovery exercises

Ensure communication and information flow while collaborating and consulting with business and technology team

Respond to questions and request for information about the readiness of various assets and staff within the business continuity plans

Produce reports as needed to comply with readiness and exercise activities

Communicate with Line of Business (LOB) to resolve recovery gaps and conflicts for applications dependent on plans supported by the Business Resiliency Coordinator (BRC)

Assist with ensuring BRC team members stay current with Technology Resiliency and Disaster Recovery (TRDR) certifications and have a thorough understanding of the Enterprise Guidebook and all the associated updates

Support interfaces with Technology Industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators

Ensure Wells Fargo required internal Enterprise Business Continuity and Resiliency Planning (EBCRP) certification is current

Meet with functional managers and business partners to perform Business Impact Analysis: research dependencies, conduct reviews, create approval documentation, upload artifacts to support the work and document the exercise in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Source of Record (SOR)

Mentor Business Resiliency Coordinators

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of technology experience

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of business continuity planning experience

Experience managing multiple medium to large sized technology development efforts within a major line of business

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly with senior management

Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required

Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risks

Experience with working within a large global organization

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
