Job DescriptionShine Social Brand is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role will support and execute leadership training programs, coach emerging leaders, and assist in building scalable development frameworks. You will play a critical part in cultivating a high-performance culture that reflects our values and mission.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of leadership development initiativesFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching engagementsConduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and areas for growthCollaborate with internal teams to align development goals with organizational objectivesMonitor and track progress of program participants and report key outcomesAssist in creating materials, toolkits, and evaluation metrics for leadership programsPromote an inclusive environment that encourages learning and professional development
