Looking for a prep cook

Established restaurant seeks daytime prep cook. Must have some experience and great knife skills. Hours are from 7am to 2pm, five days a week. Depending on prep, some days we get out early. Out of season hours will decrease, but that happens everywhere. I normally start individual's off around $15 and hour, but all depending on your experience.
