Looking for Live in Aide

Looking for a live in help with household chores. I need help with all household chores mostly, and to help with cooking, running errands, walking dog. You will get 2 bedrooms and private bath for $100 a month. For your service you will get a break on the rent. The rooms would normally be around $900 a month. What I need will take about 10 hours a week. Must have a job outside of the home. Must have a car. Would help if you have had Caregiving experience. Must have a year of references for work, and home.
