Direct client requirementDemonstrated Expertise performing mainframe application development, test automation, and support, using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, SYNC SORT.

- DE performing mainframe application development file format and comparison using File-aid; performing version management using Endeavor; debugging and unit testing, using Intertest and Abend-Aid; and scheduling jobs using Control-M.
- DE analyzing and designing data flows for mainframe application development.
- DE performing mainframe application development and performance tuning within TSO and MVS operating system environments; developing applications, using Endevor, Git, ClearCase (for version control), Control-M (for scheduling), Abend-AID and Intertest (for debugging), File-Aid (for browsing), and Easytrieve (for report generation); and conducting performance tuning and capacity planning reducing I/Os, CPU Time, MSUs, and MIPs using Strobe, iStrobe, Platinum Detector, and TMON.
- Basic to Decent understanding on open source technologies (Core Java, Spring boot framework, XML, JSON, Angular, React.js), JAX-WS, JAX-RS, REST API's. Spring Boot, SPLUNK, Cloud strategy(Rancher, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirable
- Domain knowledge of Retirement Services is a plus.
