Maintenance Technician Needed

Property Management company looking to hire a full-time, experienced maintenance tech to help out team with work orders for multi-family residential apartments in the Winston Salem area. Must have transportation and be fluent in English, prior maintenance experience is preffered. Applicants need to have a general, working knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, appliances, window/door repair and light HVAC. We do have an in house construction team to assist with larger projects. Pay is based on skill and experience.
