Provides in-service and instructions to all other Maintenance personnel.Essential Functions:
Replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches and other electrical functions.
Plumbing duties, such as unclogging drains, changing toilets, sinks, replacing valves, handles, etc.
Repair drywall, install drywall, paint new drywall.
Work on low-voltage wiring as needed.
Ability toreadschematics: electrical, plumbing and building facility.
