Description Become part of an inclusive organization with over 40,000 diverse employees, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the unique communities we serve.Summary:The Clinical Reliability and Process Improvement Manager is responsible for maximizing performance improvement and cost savings by proactively identifying areas for improvement, managing lean initiatives and projects, utilizing lean tools and techniques, analyzing and reporting key metrics, communicating continuous improvement activities, and training team members to accomplish the same.Responsibilities: 1. Develops continuous improvement strategies by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Communicates and exemplifies the company’s continuous improvement philosophy, vision and expectations. Shares lean and continuous improvement best practices through the organization. Act as a Lean/Continuous Improvement business partner to all departments and levels, challenging processes, proposing ideas and driving change. Acts as a change agent around continuous improvement opportunities. Develops employee training and development on lean concepts. Develops a lean culture throughout the location. Prepares lean savings budget and coordinates/executes actions to reach targets. Act a Project Manager for lean and continuous improvement related projects. Identifies quality improvement opportunities. Looks for opportunities to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Designs and leads projects to implement continuous improvement actions and achieve future state. Develops measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing philosophy. Tracks and executes cost reduction on process improvements. Leading Change - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Ensures that departmental goals match those of the organization and that resources are allocated to meet priorities. Establishes an environment that creates incentives for, and eliminates barriers to, a team environment. Articulates common goals and communicates how individual roles contribute to team success.

Leading People - Proactively assesses the need for change and obtains resources to implement change initiatives. Communicates effectively and appropriately. Takes action to ensure that employees fully understand their roles, responsibilities and performance standards/expectations and provides ongoing feedback and support. Treats everyone in a manner that demonstrates fairness and consistency. Serves as a role model by demonstrating commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in organizational performance.

Uses financial information to monitor budgetary responsibilities.
