You create and leverage internal and external Federal procurement vehicles.How you can make a difference:

Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Create and implement a strategic plan for the National Account Managers and Account Consultants to grow the Federal business.

Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews of activity and performance and perform monthly performance discussions and mid-year and annual performance reviews for each team member.

Provide employee education, positive reinforcement, adequate work tools and administer policies fairly and consistently.

What you bring to Spectrum EnterpriseRequired qualifications:

Experience: One or more years of U.S. Federal Government experience; Four or more years of relevant leadership experience; Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Citizenship verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship to meet federal security requirements

Technical skills: Conversant with telecommunications and networking technologies; Knowledge of Government procurement processes and vehicles; Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Skills: Team management, organizational development, business and English communication skills.

Abilities: Able to obtain federal government security clearance.

Travel : Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver’s license.
