Oversee all Complex Care Member Materials (CCMM), including all Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) member (current and prospect) materials prior to their submission to CMS Maintain current knowledge of all CMS regulations pertaining to development, submission, and distribution of marketing and member materials, and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) Manage development, CMS submission, and distribution of annual member documents, including Annual Notice of Changes, Evidence of Coverage and Summary of Benefits Assure development of all health plan marketing and member materials necessary to comply with CMS regulations and business requirements Collaborate with key stakeholders for review and editing to assure accuracy of materials and secure internal approvals prior to submission to CMS, finalization, and printing Assure timely and accurate submission of materials to CMS. Collaborate with various internal departments to assure all website content is loaded, updated, revised, and managed in accordance with regulatory and corporate business requirements Develop and maintain an efficient processes for creating template materials with versioning to incorporate health plan specific information Train business owners on Medicare Marketing requirements and departmental processes to ensure compliance Manage Vendor performancePosition Purpose:

Manage development of Medicare marketing and member materials in compliance with CMS regulations and business requirementsKnowledge/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of combined health plan member and marketing materials development and compliance experience in a Medicare Managed Care environment. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Experience managing printers, mailing houses, translators and other vendors a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with superior attention to detail.
