As a Manager in the Wealth & Asset Management Practice, you will apply your prior consulting/industry experience to manage key projects and initiatives for our Financial Services clients. Successful candidates will have 8-10+ years of consulting experience in asset management: Strategy, Target Operating Model Design or Business Transformation, and Implementation (SDLC/Agile). Our consultants possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. We are seeking critical thinkers with proven writing and presentation skills. If you meet / exceed the requirements for this hiring profile, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of the Wealth & Asset Management Practice, you will:Deliver on a range of client assignments, usually as part of an on-site project team (some travel may be required)Develop working group, senior stakeholder and senior level presentations for stakeholdersManage portfolio of work from small to large projects involving platform integration and data conversionsWork closely with developers to bridge gap between business and technologyAbility to create system flow charts, sequence diagrams, understand system architecture and translating business requirements to technologyAssist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methodsDevelop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clientsIdentify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposalsContribute to the development of high-quality technical offeringsSupport the Sia practice and our people development
