Job Title: QA Manual-Automation Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Automation-Manual Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core Java concepts and programming, along with experience in automation testing and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD/Gherkins, and other related tools
  • Write and execute automated test cases to ensure high-quality software products
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that software products are tested thoroughly and meet customer requirements
  • Design, develop and maintain test cases for interfaces and web services (REST & SOAP) for integrated systems
  • Conduct thorough testing of software products across various operating system environments such as Windows, Unix, and Linux
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve defects and issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation testing process and methodology
  • Document test results and provide regular reports to the development team and management
Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Java programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and BDD/Gherkins along with framework development experience
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong experience with Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and programming editors IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ
  • Understanding of how to test interfaces and web services (REST & SOAP) for integrated systems
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
