Quality Specialist would be responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. This individual should be subject matter experts on testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements. They help condition and generate test data, build and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects. They also ensure regression test suites are maintained and well designed. While this position has no direct people management responsibilities, it does require the ability to interact with business partners both within and external to the team.
Primary SkillAgile tools (Jenkins)Secondary SkillTertiary SkillRequired Skills• Minimum 4 years of experience (6 years or more preferred), with 2 years minimum in a combined BA and PM role in a Financial Institution• Strong communication and presentation skills• Expertise in Enterprise Credit and Market Risk Management systems with good understanding of regulatory initiatives such as Dodd-Frank, Volcker and Basel• Good understanding of Fixed Income Credit Commodities (FICC) & Equities OTC Derivative products• Familiarity with derivative products risk sensitiveness: Greeks and PnL scenarios. Working expertise in big bank Risk data warehouse is a plus.• Experience of working with cross-functional and global teams with dynamic business requirements• Good understanding of all asset classes and basic risk concepts• Good understanding of business and data flows• Experience with project management and project reporting tools- ID: #49306820
