Job Title:
Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12+ Months Interview Mode: Phone & Skype Requirements: Manufacturing Engineer, Robotics, Programming ABB or FANUC, APS and HVOF, Gas Turbine, 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in thermal barrier coating technology, spray processes and equipment, and robotic programming. Experience in the development and application of HVOF and APS coatings. Experience in programming ABB and/or Fanuc robots.- Develop, qualify, and implement APS and HVOF thermal barrier and wear coatings used on complex gas turbine combustion components.
- Create and optimize the robotically controlled spray processes used to apply coatings on complex surfaces.
- Support production operations by troubleshooting equipment or process related issues and providing training to employees.
- Experienced user of Siemens NX, TeamCenter, SAP and other IT platforms to develop and improve the manufacturing environment
