Manufacturing Roles (Night + Day Shift)

PER is hiring on behalf of several manufacturing clients in the Mebane area. Multiple full-time openings, quick interview process.

Open Roles:

Tool Crib Coordinator – 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Issue/receive tools & MRO, CMMS/ERP transactions, cycle counts, kitting for PMs/changeovers.

Set-Up Technician II (Thermoforming/Injection/Extrusion)

Mold/robot changeovers, startup to spec, reduce scrap, document parameters; strict LOTO.

Senior Maintenance Tech Supervisor(1st and 3rd)

Lead troubleshooting (mechanical/electrical/PLC basics), PMs/CMMS, uptime, team coaching.

Mold Maker I / Toolroom Tech

Bench/spot/polish, PMs, basic manual machining & measurement, hot/cold runner familiarity.

Production Manager / Supervisor

Safety/quality/throughput ownership, staffing & training, KPI accountability.

What we’re looking for:

Recent experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics preferred but flexible)

Solid safety habits (LOTO, PPE), dependable attendance

Basic computer skills (CMMS/ERP, email); willing to work OT as needed

Shifts: Days and Nights available (include your preference).
