1st Shift – Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM/6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM/6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Other aspects you can look forward to doing in this role:

Supporting the team in implementing robust solutions to improve overall efficiency and yield.

Developing process and developing potential solutions, and performing appropriate troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Driving continuous improvement for customer requests from Operations, Packaging, Logistics execution team, Quality, Engineering, Scheduling, Safety and Purchasing.

Assist Logistics Engineer/Manager in re-allocating space for workstations and/or storage locations.

Build new/modify existing platforms and internable for POU part presentation.

Repair Logistics Forklift Tackles and damaged internable and returnable containers.

Replace damaged POU Racks /Warehouse Pallet racks.

PM and repair Tugger Carts as well as POU Mother/Daughter carts.

Fabricate logistics job aid tools.

Assist Logistics Engineer/Manager in re-allocating space for workstations and/or storage locations.

Basic Requirements for the role:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

A working knowledge of Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to dialogue with internal customers

A working knowledge of Design Thinking and Fabricating: Knowledge of concepts, principles, and experience in designing and Fabricating various ergonomic part presentation equipment such turn tables, platforms, and internable containers.

A working knowledge Supporting NPI projects along with other daily Continuous Improvement tasks and flexibility to adapt to changes and Positively support changing requests.

A working knowledge of Office 365: Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.

Resource & Project management

Design experience utilizing 3D modeling applications

Knowledge of Glovia or G2, Nextgen. PRWB- to check prints, Workday, AutoCad

The primary location for this position is Sanford, NC.
