Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.The Caterpillar Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Marketing Communications Consultant to support the development and execution of regional marketing plans, while collaborating across business units, and demonstrating strong project management skills.Role Summary:Expertise in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, and creative development.What You'll Do:

Analyze the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing strategies.

Establish metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.

Maintain effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.

Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing tactics, omni-channel strategy, lead generation, sales conversion, branding, and marketing analytics.

Support customer-centric marcom initiatives related to maintenance, repair, and rebuild, particularly in hydraulics aftermarket options.

What You'll Have:

Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

Strong relationship management skills; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
